Stephen is Chief Investment Officer, and is responsible for the Investment Manager’s asset management activity as well as formulating the firm’s strategic goals and initiatives.  He has over 30 years of experience in banking, treasury, capital markets and portfolio management.  Steve has managed multi-advisor hedge funds, and was the portfolio manager for one of the earlier managed futures based mutual funds. He joined the firm in June 2014.  Steve graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 1982 with a BA Degree in Political Science.  He is the holder of Series 3 and Series 30 registration.
